Brownie-cheesecake with TINE® Brunost™

  • 1 box Brownie mix (ca. 500 gram) and the ingredients needed for this
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3,5 dl Icing sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp Double cream
  • 50 g TINE® Brunost™ Original, grated
  • 400 g TINE® Cream Cheese Plain
  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence
Here is how you do it

Make the brownie batter according to the instructions and pour it in a circular spring form. Bake until set, around 20 min.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Stir until you have a smooth batter. In a saucepan, heat up the cream and add the grated caramel cheese. Stir until the caramel cheese is melted. Add this to the cream cheese batter. Mix it and pour the batter over the brownie. Bake on 165 degrees until it is set, about 45-50 minutes. Let the cake cool down before you serve it.

You can also bake the cake in individual serving forms. Just cut down on baking time with around 10 minutes.
