Colourful and fresh salad with tomatoes, salami, onions and TINE® Cream Cheese. Summer on the plate.
Make a small slit across the bottom of each tomato. Dip them in boiling water for 10 seconds, then plunge into cold water to cool. Peel and set aside.
Form small clumps of TINE® Cream Cheese with a spoon. Cut the smoked sausage into bite-size pieces. Combine TINE® Cream Cheese, sausage, cherry tomatoes and red onions.
Whisk together oil and vinegar and season to taste with salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Pour over salad and toss gently to coat. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
