    Norwegian Waffles

  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g TINE® Brunost™ Original
  • 300 g Plain flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 500 ml Whole milk
  • 100 g Butter
Here is how you do it

1. Whisk the eggs, TINE® Brunost™, flour, sugar and milk together in a large bowl and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

2. Whisk the melted butter into the batter.

3. Pour some batter in a waffle maker or a waffle iron.

4. Cook until the waffle is golden brown. Put the waffle on a tray or plate, then repeat step 3.

Serve warm with slices of Brunost™ of your choice, crème fraiche or sour cream and raspberry jam on top.

An additional tip: You can put almost anything on a waffle, so feel free to experiment with other jams, ice cream, or anything that sounds good to you!
