TINE® Cream Cheese Wild Mushroom is an exquisite white, unripe and creamy cheese made of the purest milk from free-roaming goats (80%) and topped with a touch of cow’s cream (20%). TINE® Cream Cheese Wild Mushroom is flavored with chanterelles, often called "forest gold". It has a mild, rounded taste and makes a great sandwich filling or topping. Try it on coarse rye bread or crisp bread - or combine it with other toppings to taste. TINE® Cream Cheese Wild Mushroom is the perfect accompaniment in cooking. Try it with root vegetables, meat, casseroles or as a pasta sauce made with fresh mushrooms. You can also add a little to a sauce or your white pizza filing.
