Desserts with TINE® Brunost™

Cut melon to wedges. Top with a generous amount of grated Brunost™.
Optional: Top with cured ham.

Top freshly baked croffles or waffles with a buttercream with lots of Brunost™. Add grated Brunost™ and garnish with fresh berries.

Use ready made italian cannolis or similar sweet pastry. Stuff them with a cream cheese filling with added grated Brunost™, and serve with more grated Brunost™.

Heat a mixture of 200 ml double cream, 1 tbsp vanilla essence, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp water and 180 g Brunost™, until the cheese has melted.
Serve with fruits, berries and cookies to taste.

Add layers of crushed cookies, cheese cream and grated Brunost™ to portion glasses. Top with jam (e.g. apricot) and finish off with more grated Brunost™. Irresistable!

Use your favorite recipe for Japanese pancakes. Top the ready pancakes with syrup and generous amounts of grated Brunost™.
