Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • 2 Pcs boxes of TINE® Cream Cheese Dill
  • 200 g pasta water (reserved from cooking)
  • 50 g butter
  • 1/2 Pcs lemon (for zest and juice)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 Pcs fresh herbs (for spices)
Here is how you do it

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta, reserving 200 g of the pasta water for later use.

  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    In a saucepan, combine the cooked pasta, reserved pasta water, TINE® Cream Cheese Dill, butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together over medium heat until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

  3. Add the Salmon:
    Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and stir it into the pasta and sauce mixture. Let it warm through for a few minutes.

  4. Serve:
    Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh herbs of your choice, such as dill or parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
