Stuffed vegetable appetizers with TINE® Cream Cheese

    Stuffed chillis:

  • 125 g TINE® Cream Cheese Natural
  • 1 Pickled chillis or jalapeños

    Stuffed artichokes:

  • 125 TINE® Cream Cheese Natural
  • 1 Pickled artichokes

    Stuffed mushroom heads:

  • 125 g TINE® Cream Cheese Natural
  • 8 Large mushroom heads, or a similar quantity of smaller mushroom heads
Here is how you do it

Stuffed chillis:
Stuff the chillis with TINE® Cream Cheese, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil if possible
and leave to marinate in the fridge.

Stuffed artichokes:
Stuff the artichokes with TINE® Cream Cheese.
They taste even better when sprinkled with a little extra virgin olive oil.

Stuffed mushroom heads:
Remove the stalks from the mushrooms, season the heads with salt and pepper and stuff with TINE® Cream Cheese.

Bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 12 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
