A quick & tasty snack. Who doesn't love melted cheese?
Here is how you do it
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and add a baking sheet to a baking tray.
2. Cut the cheese slices in two and place on the tray.
3. Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has a golden color.
4. Take the cheese chips out of the oven and let them cool down.
For the guacamole:
1. Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork. Chop red onion and chili, and mix in.
2. Chop coriander and mix into the guacamole with lime juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper while tasting.
3. Serve the cheese chips with the guacamole as a dip. Top with thin slices of chili, coriander and olive oil for a classy touch.
