Kimchi Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1 Servings
  • 6 Slices TINE® Norwegian Gouda Mild
  • 2 Pcs Bread
  • 2 Tbsp Kimchi
  • 1 Tbsp Butter for cooking
Here is how you do it

1. Add cheese slices to one slice of bread.

2. Add kimchi on the cheese, top with more cheese and the other slice of bread.
Press the slices together.

3. Melt the butter in a warm pan on medium heat. Add the sandwich and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden.

4. Turn the sandwich and add some more butter. Cook until golden and until the cheese has melted. 

5. Cut the sandwich in two, and serve while still warm.

Feel free to add more kimchi!
