Kimchi Burger with TINE® Norwegian Gouda Mild

  • 600 g Ground meat
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter for cooking
  • 4 Slices TINE® Norwegian Gouda
  • 1 Pcs Avocado
  • 4 dl Kimchi
  • 4 Pcs Hamburger bun
Here is how you do it

1. Add salt & pepper in a bowl with the ground meat, knead together and shape into burger-patties.

2. Cook the burger patties on high heat in a buttered pan until the meat is cooked thoroughly.

3. Put the pan aside and add cheese to the burgers.


An additional tip...

While waiting for the cheese to melt, you can prepare some Gochujang-aioli (chili-aioli). All you have to do is to mix 1 dl of mayo, 1 dl of sour cream, and 2 tablespoons of gochujang.


4. Cut the avocado in thin slices and serve the cheeseburgers on burger buns with avocado, kimchi and gochujang-aioli.
