An impressive cake for festivities or when you would like a real treat, with a crunchy crust and a smooth caramel topping.
Prepare 2 cake tins Ø 14 cm or a size to your own wish.
Mix all the crust ingredients and cover the bottom of the tin with approx. 1 cm thick layer. Press well.
Mix cream cheese, TINE® Brunost™ spread and grated TINE® Brunost™ to a smooth mass, using a k-beater in kitchen machine.
Add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Pour the filling over the
crust in the cake tin.
Bake at 100° C for approx. 50 min, depending on size and oven.
Decorate as you like.
Tip: Serve with fresh berries, edible flowers and brown cheese cubes.
The cake can be frozen.
