  • 100 g TINE® Brunost™, grated
  • 100 ml Whole milk or double cream
  • 1 tsp Golden syrup
Here is how you do it

Gently heat the milk and the syrup in a saucepan and add the TINE® Brunost™ of your choice, stirring until melted through. Continue stirring until the sauce has an even colour and has thickened.

This sauce is best served warm and is a great addition to ice creams and sweet pies.
