An exciting taste experience where chinese cuisine meets Norwegian traditions
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp Harissa or chili paste / chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 100 g TINE® Brunost™, Grated
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
Sauce
- 12 Pcs Bao buns
- 1 Pcs Red onion
- 1 Pcs Cucumber
- 2 Pcs Red chili
- 5 Pcs Scallions
- 30 g Coriander, freshly chopped
- 600 g Chicken filet
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds

Here is how you do it
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and heat to ca. 50° C to melt grated TINE® Brunost™ in
the sauce.
Prepare steam buns.
Cut vegetables and herbs.
Cut chicken filet in pieces and place in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Roast the chicken in a pan. Pour the sauce over the chicken, make a quick frizzle and sprinkle
with sesame seeds.
Serve juicy bao buns with chicken. Top with chopped coriander, red onion, cucumber,
scallions, chili and grated TINE® Brunost™.
