Ingredients
  • 8 Servings
Here is how you do it
  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, dry yeast, and milk to make a smooth dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Punch down the dough and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  3. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped almonds, and grated brown cheese for the filling.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface and divide it into small portions.
  5. Flatten each portion, add filling, and shape it into a ball.
  6. Heat a pan with butter, place the dough ball seam side down, and fry for 30 seconds. Flip and press flat with a spatula. Fry until golden on both sides.
  7. Serve the pancakes immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 5 ½ dl wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 3 dl Low-fat Milk 1.0% fat
  • 3 tablespoons Butter

Filling:

  • 2 dl brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ dl chopped almonds
  • 2 dl grated TINE® Brunost™
