Porridge of oats topped with cottage cheese, TINE® Brunost™, dried cranberries and seeds for the perfect breakfast or a filling snack.
Here is how you do it
Bring the water and milk to the boil and sprinkle in the rolled oats. Leave to cook for 5-10 minutes until the porridge reaches the preferred consistency. Season with salt to taste towards the end of the cooking time.
Coarsely grate the TINE® Brunost™ and serve the porridge topped with cottage cheese, grated caramel cheese, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and linseeds.
TIP: You can use any type of seeds as a topping for porridge. Try sunflower seeds, chia seeds or hemp seeds.
