Ingredients
  • 4 Servings
  • 500 ml Water
  • 500 ml Semi-skimmed milk
  • 300 ml Rolled oats
  • 0,5 tsp Salt

    Toppings

  • 6 tbsp Cottage Cheese
  • 100 g TINE® Brunost™ Original, grated
  • 4 tbsp Dried cranberries
  • 4 tsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tsp Linseeds
Here is how you do it

Bring the water and milk to the boil and sprinkle in the rolled oats. Leave to cook for 5-10 minutes until the porridge reaches the preferred consistency. Season with salt to taste towards the end of the cooking time.

Coarsely grate the TINE® Brunost™ and serve the porridge topped with cottage cheese, grated caramel cheese, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and linseeds.

TIP: You can use any type of seeds as a topping for porridge. Try sunflower seeds, chia seeds or hemp seeds.
