A new twist on the originally Mid Eastern rich and sweet dessert pastry, flavored with caramel cheese.
Add a layer of filo dough in your cake tin and
brush with butter. Repeat until you have 6 layers.
Add a layer with TINE® Brunost™ over the filo dough and repeat the process until approx. 30 layers. You will add TINE® Brunost™ on every 7th layer.
Put in fridge for approx. 30 min.
Cut into pieces of size after own wish.
Bake in oven at 150° C for approx. 25 min (or until golden surface).
Brush richly with sugar brine.
Tip: Sprinkle with chopped nuts and/or a little grated TINE® Brunost™.
