    Norwegian pancakes

  • 500 ml Whole milk
  • 200 g Tine® Brunost™ Mild, grated
  • 2 Eggs
  • 180 g Plain flour
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 2-3 knobs of Butter
Here is how you do it
  1. Warm the milk and TINE® Brunost™ in a saucepan, stirring until it has melted.
  2. Whisk the eggs into the milk blend and pour over the flour and salt mix.
  3. Whisk the ingredients to form a batter and leave to sit for around 30 minutes.
  4. Cook the pancakes on both sides in a large frying pan with a small amount of melted butter. They are ready when each side turns golden.


Tip: Serve as a dessert with ice cream, whipped cream and sprinklings of TINE® Brunost™.
