Here is how you do it
- Warm the milk and TINE® Brunost™ in a saucepan, stirring until it has melted.
- Whisk the eggs into the milk blend and pour over the flour and salt mix.
- Whisk the ingredients to form a batter and leave to sit for around 30 minutes.
- Cook the pancakes on both sides in a large frying pan with a small amount of melted butter. They are ready when each side turns golden.
