Ingredients
  • 1 Servings
  • 1 Pcs pack of Korean Toomba noodles (spicy)
  • 2 Tbsp finely grated Brunost™
  • 1 tsp butter or neutral oil
  • 2 Tbsp reserved noodle water
Here is how you do it

1. Boil the Noodles
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the Toomba noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes, or follow the package instructions until just tender. Before draining, reserve 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.

2. Drain and Return to Pan
Drain the noodles completely and return them to the pot with the heat off.

3. Stir in Sauce and Butter
Add the sauce packet, 1 tsp butter or oil, and the reserved noodle water. Turn the heat to low and stir until the noodles are evenly coated.

4. Add Grated Brunost™
Sprinkle the grated Brunost™ over the warm noodles. Stir gently until the cheese melts into the sauce, creating a creamy, caramel-spicy glaze.

5. Serve & Enjoy!
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with optional toppings like scallions, sesame seeds, or a fried egg for extra richness.
