Make your traditional cupcakes more flavourful with fresh apples and sweet & salty caramel cheese.
Mix water and flavor, bring to a boil and cool.
Whip butter and powdered sugar white, using a k-beater in a kitchen machine.
Add one egg at a time.
Add the water/flavor to the butter mix. Mix all dry ingredients and blend into the butter mix.
Blend in apples and TINE® Brunost™ cubes.
Fill in muffin tin and bake at 180°C until golden color, approx. 10 min depending on oven and how many muffins. Cool after baking.
Cream cheese topping:
Whip butter and powdered sugar using a k-beater in a kitchen machine. Add cream cheese and whip for maximum 1 min until a smooth mass.
Squeeze cream cheese topping on to the cooled muffins and decorate after own wish.
