    Norwegian Waffles

  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g TINE® Brunost™ Original, grated
  • 300 g Plain flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 500 ml Whole milk
  • 100 g Butter
Here is how you do it

Whisk the eggs, TINE® Brunost™, flour, sugar and milk together in a large bowl and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Then add the melted butter and bake in a waffle maker, or using a waffle iron, until golden brown. Leave to cool slightly on a wire rack.

Serve warm with thin slices of Brunost™ of your choice, crème fraiche or sour cream and raspberry jam on top.
