  • 1160 g Whole milk
  • 50 g Double cream
  • 150 g Egg yolk
  • 140 g TINE® BRUNOST™, grated
  • 325 g Sugar
  • 62 g Skimmed milk powder
  • 50 g Ice cream stabilizer (optional)
Here is how you do it

Grate TINE® Brunost™. Mix milk, cream, egg yolk and grated caramel cheese, and heat the mix to 50° C. Blend all dry ingredients and add to the liquid at 50° C.

Pasteurize and cool down.

Freeze in your ice cream machine, according to machine specifications.
