Here is how you do it
Grate TINE® Brunost™. Mix milk, cream, egg yolk and grated caramel cheese, and heat the mix to 50° C. Blend all dry ingredients and add to the liquid at 50° C.
Pasteurize and cool down.
Freeze in your ice cream machine, according to machine specifications.
